Nashville's monthly fly fishing get together for women. All women with an interest in
fly fishing, beginners to experienced anglers, are welcome to join us on the third Thursday of each month. The meetings
begin at 6:00 with an opportunity to network with women who love the outdoors. We discuss places to fish around Nashville,
basic fly fishing "need to know" facts, future events, and other fly fishing related topics. No previous experience
needed. Come and join us for a great time! Our new home is 417 Union located across from TPAC downtown.

January 15th Meeting: Fly Tying (6:00 to 8:00)
Hey Fly Girls! Marty Heil will be our guest speaker for our January meeting. With the extremely cold temperatures it’s
a good time to stay indoors and tie a stock pile of flies to be used when the weather becomes more bearable.
Marty will be giving what he calls the “Don’t
be intimidated, Basic Intro”. He will be covering the basic tools and materials used in fly tying. He will
also show how basic a kit you need for tying simple flies like the zebra midge. Social hour and dinner from 6:00 to 7:00. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00.
